So even though I know countless others will enjoy these photos... they are dedicated to Miss Kim Lavender Kitchen... who had commented once that Rupert would look amazing in the new denim diapers... and he does not disappoint, he does look amazing! So full of chic... so enjoy Rupert's little ad campaign for denim diapers... I think he's just as cute if not cuter than the babies in the commercial!

Now to totally switch gears... from diapers to hair cuts! It has been stinkin' hot here as I've mentioned in other posts, Rupert's hair has been a source of copious amounts of sweat! Poor little guy! So I decided one night to hack it off.. and by hack I mean cut gently don't worry! I was so nervous... I've never cut hair before, but I figured boy's hair can't be that hard!
Rupert did really well, with a little help from Curious George, a cookie and his soother. Yah those are my sewing scissors haha, but they were the sharpest things I had!
{"no!!!! not my hair!!!!!!!!} Apparently he was more attached to his hair than I thought!
Looking a little bit girly... but I fixed it with a razor afterwards... :D
He also found other things to do while I cut his hair...

Finished product! Not too bad if I do say so myself. He looks so much older now, maybe I'll let it grow long again! :D More recaps to come... sorry I've been playing catch up with blogs! Tomorrow comes the family picnic and a visit from Rupe's buddy Cason... and his parents :D

So cute! You did a great job on the haircut - I do all my boys' hair and it saves $$! I love those denim diapers but I haven't bought any yet! Might just have to one of these days :) Love your blogs, its so nice to be able to keep in touch this way!
